  : The balcony below was unkept and had objects blowing around and banging all night long. At check-in the resort did not have my reservation and it took over 30 minutes to correct the issue.

  : Property is beachfront and has nice amenities (pool, on site restaurant, Starbucks).
  : Our particular unit was managed by Vacasa. The staff of this property management company were unprofessional and essentially unresponsive to the issues we dealt with, including, roaches in the condo, soiled linens, no hot water, leaking toilets, bio hazardous materials from previous residents, damaged refrigerator parts, amongst other things. When this was brought to the attention of the company and the local staff, Janessa, a representative, let me know that the bugs are normal and that all of the other issues are essentially risks you take when renting. She was unwilling to resolve the issue and when I asked to escalate to the next highest staff person, she promptly let me know she does not report to anyone. When asked if she is the CEO, she let me know that she only reports to the owner, and was unwilling to provide any compensation for the inconvenience. After asking if I should reach out to the owner, she mentioned a compensation that had yet to be disbursed. I reached out earlier this week to follow-up and was told there was no follow-up. I’ve stayed at this property several times in units managed by companies other than Vacasa and have NEVER had this issue. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I am continuing to pursue proper compensation.

  : The owners of the condo we stayed at could step it up alot we were very disappointed with the condition of the condo we will recommend use but that particular condo.
