  : The house was handicap-accessible, pet friendly, and comfortable. Finding handicap accessibility and being pet-friendly at the same location can be difficult. The beds were comfortable and there were games and bikes provided for the children to play with. The walk to the beach was not bad at all, truly only a few minutes, and the beach access was wheelchair accessible.
  : The backyard could use some work and the dishwasher did not work. However, we didn't really cook and need the dishwasher except for the few dishes we did use so it was not a huge deal to us but could be for others.

  : I was disappointed that the cleaning crew mold in bathroom. An Amazon box over a whole. They don't vacuum in the railing. Has a bandaid on ac unit and a piece of paper sticking on door. The location was fantastic. The game room couch is really stained n looks like people don't respect the property let them sit on wet. Musky odor. We took out the trash for trash day. Overall I love staying at the beach so was happy I was there. Will pick better next time. I loved the house but it needs work. Husband can't climb stairs. My grandsons had a blast.

  : I loved the location, fenced in backyard for the dog, the four bedrooms, and all of the games to enjoy.
  : The broken shower head which made it difficult to bathe, not being able to find remotes for bedroom TVs/not enough remotes, and having to contact my agent for WiFi password.

  : So many sand burrs in the back yard, made it unusable for pet and people. Pet waste was present when we arrived and host would not provide tools to clean yard.

  : Location was good if you like to walk. About two miles to center of beach.
  : The house is cluttered, unclean, in a state of disrepair and contains furnishings so disgusting you need a sheet covering just to sit down.

  : Location was good, not too far of a walk to the beach. Great distance away from the main part of the beach, hardly any people at that end of the beach.
  : Construction on house not finished. TVs hard to operate in bedrooms. Parking in front of house can be arranged differently using side yards to create easier entrance and exit onto Via DeLuna Blvd.
