  : Excellent beach access and quiet neighbors
  : There should be a broom in the downstairs mud room to sweep out the sand. It would be nice to know what cable channels are available since most are not part of the subscription.

  : The great room was comfortable, functional, and gave us a great slice of view of the breakers. The beach was just a minute walk away. There were plentiful dishes and other kitchen supplies. The whole facility was exceptionally clean for a beach house.
  : Configuration of bedrooms and bath rooms was awkward for two older couples, one bath being very tiny in suite on lower level; upstairs bath roomy and attractive but shared by two lovely but small bedrooms. The lower suite needed maintenance starting with inoperable and unattractive window shades. Other maintenance needs were reported to management upon departure.
