  : Please see review priorrented two consecutive periods, September 28-30, September 30-October 4.
  : It needs a deep cleaning and attention to maintenancelight bulbs were out or missing, outlets on one wall werent working along one bedroom wall, and carpets had spots presumably from previous pet stays (we bought spot cleaner and left it). It has a great location but so do other properties that are better maintained for the money!

  : The location is great 1 block off the most beautiful beach in Oregon (IMHO)! And near the charming village of Neskowin.It accommodates a large group of people and is dog friendly, with a fenced yard that can be blocked for dog containment. Towels and sheets were ample and fine, and beds were comfy.
  : It needs SERIOUS attention to maintenance and deep cleaning. And it could use some upgrades doors stick, light bulbs need changing on bathroom mirrors, the dining table surface is sticky (probably needs refinshing), one bedroom lost power in outlets on one wall during our stay, the carpeted areas were stained (we bought carpet spot cleaner and left it!). And there seems to be no heat source in the main room (other than fireplace) and upstairs dorm room. The kitchen was well equipped, but just a tad grimy. The dishwasher flatware basket was broken. Yes, I know it is a beach place butfor the money paid per night it didnt at meet our expectations.
