  : The location was fantastic!House layout is great.Good beds. Loved the huge sofa that was roomy enough for all of us.Great deck.Lots of good airflow.Responsive owner when we asked for more supplies.
  : I had to request info from VACASA about address and door codes. The refrigerator leaked on most days. A repairman came to fix it, but it continues to leak. The owner brought a new filter, but it still leaked. The garbage container under the kitchen sink needs to fit the garbage bags. Then so many bags wouldn't be used.Rugs at entryways would be helpful.A spray nozzle on the hose would be helpful. I prefer a dish cloth for washing dishes. Sponges don't cut it for me. Some pots and pans weren't clean. Cupboards could use a cleaning. I was shocked when VACASA pocketed the entire rental fee when we booked last fall. Usually, it's only a down payment, with the rest due a month before occupancy.
