  : Amazing views, extremely convenient location, some basics in the kitchen, easy check in and check out process. Plenty of room for us and pup friendly, well maintained deck and widow's perch.
  : I'm not the biggest fan of the sleep number bed. Also, it's not clear that the kitchen sink has a motion sensor on it that you have to trigger in order to get the water to work, some guests thought the water in the kitchen didn't work because of it. We figured it out after a few hours.

  : The location was great to the Wimberly Market Days.
  : Home was dirty, hair in tub. The faucet in the tub just spined. The second bedroom bed was very uncomfortable to my brother, they said it has a big dent in the middle and they felt they were rolling towards each other. We couldn't figure out the lights outside and there was no low lighting out on the deck. The A/C was clearly controlled, if you were gone or no movement in the front room it would go to 80, so when we returned from a day away it was hot and at night it got hot. You could hear the road noise quite loud and dogs in two homes across the street kept barking. Was not as peaceful as some of the other reviews by far and that was the main reason I chose the Summit.
