  : Loved the location and the layout of the home and surrounding land. Very relaxing.
  : Cleanliness after each check out and before each check in would be done regularly. Unfortunately when arriving the toilet could not flush from a previous use. It was not a pleasant sight. But when I called to get it serviced they were very apologetic and promptly got the problem fixed.

  : It was private/quiet. The deer passing through. Fireplace. Nice big kitchen. It has a nice outdoor area and hot tub. The Christmas tree was a nice touch. Large bedrooms with good size closets.
  : The unpaved, rutted road. The towels were not in the bathroom. We located some in the dryer and wet towels in the washing machine. Kitchen needs to be better stocked. Not enough seating for 4 in living area. Needs better lighting in living area. Beds are too high, especially for older adults. No instructions for TV and about 4 remotes.

  : Beds were very comfortable. Air conditioner was great. Very quiet there. Loved how close it was to things in town.
  : Need more seating in the living room. The road is horrible, so go slow. The towels and sheets were still in the dryer, but washer and dryer was handy.

  : Be prepared to arrive at the property on an unpaved road. Upon entering, we found the washer and dryer full of linens from last guest. Bed was made with sheet and no mattress pad which was in the dryer. There were only two forks in the house and no dish washing liquid to wash them. The carafe and coffee pot were different makes and one had to elevate the carafe during brewing. We left after the first night, and received no refund for unspent nights. We had to move to another location because $200 per night was ridiculous for this property. Don’t bother with this rental. Picture of dirty towel is one I had to dry.

  : Quaint little house just outside Wimberley. My wife and I stayed with our 5 and 7 year olds over Labor Day weekend. Well furnished in Hill Country style. Beds were EXCELLENT. Nice back deck, fire pit, and hot tub. Gas grill works perfectly. Everything in the kitchen works fine. Property is very quiet. Perfect place to get out of the city.
  : We got lost initially as Google maps puts you in the wrong place. We didn’t get/I couldn’t find the final email with directions and the code to the lockbox so that delayed us a bit but the after hours person answered promptly and immediately helped. WiFi is spotty which bothered our kids more than us.

  : Beds were comfortable! Loved the privacy and the wildlife! My best friend & I met here for a girl's weekend and loved being close to shops and restaurants, but also out far enough to enjoy sitting & having wine or coffee on the back porch just enjoying nature.
  : The only bad part, was the road getting to the property! Road id HORRIBLE and if you have a small car, it will bottom you out and tear your car up. Luckily I had a jeep. The could definitely use more sitting area in living area...maybe a sectional. There is only one small couch.

  : The location was perfect! Close enough to downtown Wimberley for restaurants and shopping, near wineries, easy access to all of the natural attractions, yet far enough into the hill country that it feels like a true getaway. The house was awesome and we loved the hot tub! The hosts even had music turned on and all of the lamps and porch lights to welcome us when we came in. The beds were comfy and the place was fully stocked with everything we needed.
  : Going through the rental contract and all of the paperwork beforehand was a hassle, but it was a nice place so I can see why they have it on lock and key. The driveway coming up could stand some extra gravel to fill in too, but it is the country!

  : Location was close to town and Wimberly Market Days. Hot tub & Fire pit was great. Nice Privacy. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Plenty of pillows and mattress were decent. Place was clean and had plenty of towels to use. Free Wi-Fi & Cable TV.
  : If you have a low clearance car, you may have trouble getting to the place. The road is very rough and washed out and you have tree limbs hanging down scratching your truck roof. Kitchen was not stocked very well. Needed more utensils and med/large bowls, to name a few, had to make a salad in a pot. Only a small couch in the living room for seating. Needs at least another comfy chair. Hot Tub had lots of trash (leaves) in it and nothing for us to even clean it out. Have a washer & dryer, but no detergent to use. We left a deck of cards there because they had nothing there for guest as far as games if you get stuck there if its raining which we did.
