: The location was wonderful for our family needs. The size of the home is great and the neighborhood is quiet. The property manager was very responsive and helpful, as was the gentleman from maintenance.
: Beds and blinds in first floor bedroom were broken. Staff was very responsive and had them repaired early the next day. Refrigerator door didn't close correctly, I fixed that myself. Tree limbs hanging over the outside stairs need to be trimmed. Outside lighting in parking area needs to be improved. Furnishings are cheap, worn, dirty, and not comfortable. Various blinds and screens throughout the home are damaged.

: I don’t like to complain and prefer for things to operate as smoothly as possible. However I received several request to confirm my reservation. To only be locked out of my rental home for almost 2 hours. Vacasa was unable to get in contact with the local property manager which caused me and my family to have to look for a lock box that did not a exist. When I did receive a call with the new code because it was changed prior to my arrival I didn’t get a chance to write the code down. I gave a call back immediately after and was unable to get the correct code and no one reached out to me so that I and my family could leave the rental for an evening out. Then the next morning it took another hour or so for me to be able to get the code to make our reservations. On both occasions I was told someone will reach out to me for compensation for the inconvenience, no one has yet to do so.
