  : There were no pans( which is crucial for breakfasts) while everything else needed for vacation was provided(dishes & cutlery). There are no breakfast diners, cafes in close distance, so providing a pan would solve this

  : There wasn’t much to like about it.
  : When we arrived the place was dark and there was a steep set of stairs to the front door that was never mentioned in the description.The place was filthy- after walking on the rug for 30 mins socks or feet were black dirty, missing or broken blinds, wet towels in the dryer, lint trap so packed full of lint it looked as if nobody ever cleaned it.There was no central air or window units. There was a portable unit in the master that required me to lift into the bathroom and drain or it wouldn’t work.The fan for the other upstairs bedroom was broken.It was so joy we had to go to Walmart to buy fans.Additionally, the propane grill had an empty tank so we were y able to use it upon arrival. We contacted them that night about the broken fan and propane.They said they were coming in the morning but didn’t show up till almost 3 after we called with another complaint. A nice woman showed up with a small fan and propane tank that we only got one use out of because there is a leak in the grill somewhere. We ended up having to spend $25 on propane on the 4th so we could eat. And we had the grill shut off completely. There were literally LEGO’s, nerf darts, racquet balls etc around in corners and under the outer edges of the couches and furniture. Not far back but where anyone who attempted to clean would see. By that time I had already cleaned the place because it was disgusting so when they offered to send someone else to clean it was too late.They sent someone to measure blinds Wednesday to replace them and then came back Thursday with them.On Tuesday the fridge started leaking water out of the bottom and we let them know Wednesday morning along with the other issues and they said they would have “the guy” who was there for the blinds would look at they fridge. When I asked him about the fridge he stated he was only there for the blinds. We shut off the water to the ice machine on Tuesday so we had to buy ice the entire stay.
