  : The location was good. The bed was good.
  : Someone at corporate needs to give this hotel some support. It was dirty with unvacuumed hallways, my bathroom had mildew not only in the tub, but in the toilet, the complimentary shower gel was half gone, there were no glasses and the coffee maker wasn’t cleaned out and had only one coffee pod that didn’t fit the maker anyway, the bathroom off the lobby was particularly bad with a broken door lock. There was no hot breakfast as advertised because “there was no cook that day.” The young woman at the front desk was an exception to all this. She took us up to our rooms and let us in because the key maker was down. She checked us out the next day and was pleasant and efficient. I’m sorry I don’t know her name. She deserves kudos for dealing with a difficult situation.

  : When we walked into the room, the toilet was running, and its handle was broken. I couldn't let my toddler on the floor because the rug was so old, musty, and dirty; we had to walk around in our shoes. The bedding had stains, and the hot tub was cooler than the pool. Most of the staff was very nice. However, I tried to cancel my second night because the place was so gross. The lady at the desk kept coming up with every excuse to avoid refunding me. It was clear she was lying until she finally told me I had to speak with the manager, who conveniently was not available. (There was no clause stating that you couldn't cancel the second night and bookings sent the request to the hotel, but they wouldn't respond.)
