: The room itself and extremely moldy smile. As soon as I entered the room. When I went to the bathroom, the light switch and plate surrounding the light switch were very dirty. You can see nobody had cleaned it. The lamp shade on the table next to the two chairs that were in the room was disgusting. The chairs themselves were musty and dirty. When I told the manager I could not stay in the room due to the smell and the lack of cleanliness. They said that I could leave now and if they sold the room they would give me my money back. They sold the room that night. I checked on their website they did not have any King rooms available but yet they still denied my request for refund. My girlfriend and I were staying there to get away for one night while her daughter was at the Barbara Bush medical center at main med in Portland. These people didn't care that their room had a very bad odor and was not clean. Clearly they don't really care about their customer satisfaction because I also wrote them and explained to them the situation after they denied the claim and they have not written back. I would not recommend staying there for any price.

: Location, overall nice motel
: Very dated. Not all the light fixtures worked. Mad musty, mold smell as soon as we walked into the room. We bought Lysol disinfectant spray and cleaned the air conditioner filter and carpets the best we could.

: I paid over 350 bucks for one night and could not get 1 cube of ice!
