  : There was no breakfast and while there were 3 packs of coffee filters there was no coffee. The weather was wonderful and since I had stayed in Treehouse units before I could locate the unit since I was never provided with information other than how to get a parking permit.
  : The TV channel listings left in the unit was a joke since NONE were accessible and what WAS available was in Spanish. The heater in the bathroom appears to have lost the battle while the stains down the wall next to the towel bar were mostly disgusting. The towels appeared to have been washed too many times and I have never in the last 30+ years stayed in a condo, motel, or any other rental which did not provide small packets of coffee and hair dryers. The lock box to get to the key was difficult to open and I was never able to get it relocked which meant I had to leave in the un-locked box when I left.

  : Looked like it was recently renovated. The one person we saw walking around the property who worked there was nice and tried to be helpful
  : Getting the vehicle registered for parking was a nightmare. There were too many cars registered for our unit and it was impossible to reach someone to help us so we wouldn't get booted. The cable wouldn't work with the TV apparently something was missing from the box and the wi-fi was so bad that our one bar of service was better. The shower was lukewarm at best. The worst was booking through a third party I felt abandoned when trying to get help. I get a phone tree or useless texts. I did get call back a day later and she said she would call the provider for the wi-fi. I never received help on the other issues though. I will never use these third parties again as the customer service was absolutely horrible.

  : The location was good.
  : The thermostat did not work well. It was VERY hot when we arrived and was very difficult to get it to a comfortable temperature.

  : After arrival I found that the heat did not work. After getting in contact with maintenance, I was told that they were aware and that there was space heaters in the closet. I feel this is something I should have been made aware of prior to arrival. The maintenance man said this has been an issue for at least a week now. Having been made aware, I probably would have booked a last minute hotel as I feel space heaters are a huge fire hazard.

  : Excellent location - great access to a ton of local hiking trails. Feels cozy. Kitchen is well equipped with all of the utensils you’d need to cook most any meal. Overall a positive stay.
  : The room is aging which is not bad explicitly, but a number of areas are starting to show some problems such as many of the heat registers falling apart and a hole kicked in the bathroom door. The cleaning/linens need some work as well - the “clean” sheets had blood and sweat marks on the pillows, and debris/leaves scattered in the comforter.
