: upon entering it was very quaint. however the place could use a vacuum and a broom. popcorn kernels where on the kitchen floor. the bathroom sink drains VERY slow, the balcony is bare wood. carpet needs to be cleaned it you expect people to not wear shoes, our socks were filthy from walking on the carpet. the ceiling fan hadn't been cleaned in a long time. the fireplace electronic start didn't work, we have one and know how to use it. wondering what dimmer switch in living room was for. replaced several light bulbs. could use a couple of lamps in the bedroom to read in bed. best stocked kitchen ever been in lots of dishes and glasses and cups and just about anything that you can cook with. owner replaced broken coffee pot within an hour of contacting. bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows. guests in other units don't seem to bother cleaning up after their pets and the smell drifts up to the balcony, even though there are leash and clean up after you pet signs and pet waste bags everywhere. not everyone likes to not clean up a little with a five day stay. during the ski season, younger people probably don't care, but older people do.

: This was about the worst experience I have ever had. First toilet had issues. After reading log that was on refrigerator this has been a problem since July of 2021. Then we had no heat. Maintenance guy dropped off two space heaters around 930 pm. After plugging them in and running they. Kept tripping the breakers which had to be reset at least two to three times a night. The gas fireplace did not work. The television in the bedroom did not work it would come on but was not set up to watch tv. The side table had burn marks on it. Then the utility counter the right side paper towel holder was broken. Then there was only two towels to take a shower with I am just very upset with stay. We left Wednesday around 5 because my wife refused to stay another night there because of heaters tripping and was afraid it could cause a fire.

: Kitchen and living room were nice and clean.
: No hot water, broken shower head. We were here for a soccer tournament, and being able to shower and or bathe at the end of the long days or a must, and my son and I were able to shower one time in three days. This was due to either no hot water and/or a broken showerhead. There were no other options to shower. I was refunded only $100 of over $500 it cost me to stay there, which I am yet to receive. A great father son trip muddled by poor facilities.
