  : Great location and view.
  : Advertised at $400/night. After cleaning and other fees it was $600/night. Grossly overpriced. Interior was dated with dirty carpets, peeling wall paper, scratched and dinged furniture from the 70's. Badly in need of remodel. Very poor value.

  : The view was excellent; however upon arrival the latch on slider was broken and we couldnt enjoy the fresh air. We found a tool and made it work. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. The on call maintenance man was helpful, explaining no parts. The location is convenient to downtown.
  : The carpet needs cleaning, drapes are dirty and need repair, skids on kitchen chairs are missing. The upholstered furniture is in need of cleaning. Many of the lightbulbs are missing. Seagull spray on windows, and food under the bed in the north bedroom. The unit is advertised as handicap accessible ; but the furniture is oversized, making it impossible for a handicapped person to have access to the bedrooms. The bathrooms were not handicap accessible to my husband who uses a Walker.

  : Views were amazing, kitchen was well stocked, linens and towels were clean, furniture was nice and clean. Check in was a breeze, elevator was drive-up and close to room. Great if you have mobility issues. Despite being full, we heard no other guests.
  : Carpet in living room needs to be cleaned, lots of spots. Remember to wipe out refrigerator after each guest and vacuum sand off balcony. 2nd bedroom window does not lock, at least provide a dowel for security, take down some of the old art on the walls...less is more. This stay is almost at a 5/5, just needs a few minor adjustments and sprucing up.

  : Lots of cosmetic damage ( scrapes in walls, kitchen cabinets with paint chipping, preice of molding in kitchen missing, carpet had many stains)

  : The spacious apartment was fantastic for the price with lots of space for comfort and privacy when needed. The view is the best!!!!
  : There was construction on the top floor of the building, we were made aware of this before we arrived; however, there were black pieces of what looked like roofing flying down on the beach side of the building and did cover the balconies. Only one of two elevators were operating which made the wait time a bit long on a few occasions. The carpet in front of the sliding glass door has some HUGE stains.
