  : Location, fairly clean, extra linnens.
  : Having my guests have to walk across street to smoke there cigarettes. Having to have office open pool and sauna door every use. The size and depth of the pool. The queen bed advertised was actually a full. The beds were hard. The ware and tare of the building. Finding locked bedroom door open twice.

  : I had stayed here before and had forgotten there were some along the side that were partial view, was expecting oceanview but we still were able to see the ocean so was just primarily to get away and watched the sunset so was completely satisfied!
  : only one elevator working causing long wait for getting to room and due to disability standing is difficult. Maybe a warning that there is a tsunami alert test the first Wednesday of the month we and neighbors were on the balcony wondering what was going on. Since there was not any panic or more concern going on we went about our business.

  : Pool was advertised and we anticipated using it, however upon arrival we discovered it was under renovation (and had been for some time), so it probably shouldnt have been advertised as available.

  : I liked how spacious it was and the decor was super cute
  : I wish that the sliding glass doors had drapes. The living room space was way too bright for my newborn so we had a really hard time keeping her sleep unless we kept her in the bedrooms.
