: Breakfast was fine , location perfect nearby to restaurants, the beach and old san juan ..
: Firstly the doors have no inner locks .. 2 nights into our 3 night stay around 10pm i was watching a movie and my door was opened by key by apparently a staff our eyes locked and he closed the door and left . No knocks nothing !! I was an emotional wreck after that, couldn't sleep later on I Woke my husband up he went out to get an explanation it was noted they were checking for vacant rooms since another guests A/C was leaking . I spoke with the receptionist the following AM asking for the manager to call me , I was later told he was busy however she told him what happened and he's sorry . That was a major privacy breach and I was very disappointed by the response from the facility .. imagine what else could have been seen with him barging in like that . Smh very disappointed

: Great location. The room was decent but ours was was located right by the front desk so I worried with noise of people talking and making noise during the night but it was actually pretty quiet (except for the coqui outside, but thats not the hotels fault). Breakfast was excellent!
: The shower for me was problematic, it didnt have a curb, so the water was spreading around the toilet. The last night we couldnt get hot water.

: Cozy, walkable distance to beaches and restaurants, breakfast included and it was very good. I liked the small pool, it was intimate. Very nice for couples.
: The high traffic areas of the room were well cleaned, but it needed to be dusted and the bathroom tiles deep cleaned. It activated my allergies. The wifi didn't work all the time.
