  : Location was near cable cars and shopping on Union Station.
  : There are no outlets to speak of by the bed. We did discover one on the baseboard, hidden by bedskirt. Found this our last morning there.

  : -The staff that welcomed me with a bag containing a bottle of wine and water was very polite and resourceful. -The soothing ambiance of the reception/lobby - The hotel location is very accessible-a walking distance to needed stores and restaurants.
  : Throughout my stay, the air conditioning in my room was not working. I reported this to a staff at the desk, but they did not fix it. My room was in a natural condition throughout my stay.

  : Very poor free wifi, limited TV channels. There was confusion around whether I could pay with a different credit card ( rather than the credit card related to the booking.com booking).

  : I very much liked the hotel's location within very short walking distance to the SFO airport train station and Union Square. The San Francisco cable car is literally around the corner at the end of the building and the tram station is behind the block. When it comes to convenience, Hotel Abri Union Square is unbeatable. There also several eateries nearby. The reception team was warm and welcoming and the room was comfortable and clean. Wi-Fi was great, although you have to connect afresh every time you return to the room.The welcome gift tote bag with a bottle of wine was the most pleasant surprise.
  : Toiletries were not regularly replenished and I had to specifically ask for them one morning. On checking in I requested my room to be cleaned daily (without replacing bed linen a towels - I consider myself an environmentally conscious traveller but don't like an uncleaned room), but it wasn't made up at all one of the days. I wasn't happy with that. An apology was offered when I expressed my unhappiness.

  : It was old, small, and smelled very bad. The bed was old and uncomfortable and when I walked the carpet had the grossest odor come up. It really was not worth staying here..wished we'd stayed at the Beacon where its always nice!
