  : The beds were comfy, the place was very clean. Very handy having a guest laundrette and kitchen. Staff very helpful. The decor is lovely.
  : The size of our room was tiny. It had 2 huge sets of bunk beds in it, no desk, no chairs, the sink was outside the bathroom and no where to put your luggage. The closet was 4 coat hangers in the bathroom. We couldn’t spend any time in our room other than to sleep. I think this only applies to the quadruple rooms, other than that the other room types seem to have all the things our room was missing and looked great.

  : The location was perfect as it is very close to most of the sights. The staff were very accommodating and very helpful.the room we stayed is good for people who are on the go.
  : the space between the bed and the wall. there was a gap and something fell and it was so hard to get it as the bed was so heavy.

  : Dirty carpets in the hallways and on the stairs made the hotel look unkept and shabby.Wash basin sits outside of the toilet and shower room which is awkward with nowhere to balance wash bags etc.Sliding door on shr/ wc saves space but isn’t good for privacy

  : I rated it at Fair because the coffee machine was out the whole time. I told the person at the counter a few times actually a couple of them but it didn't seem important to them. Everybody that walked in complained about it and some were upset up at the top where the coffee machine is at. Other than that place was good.
  : Coffee machine was down the whole time. That's something most people enjoy in the morning. I told the person at the counter but they didn't do anything about it. I told the second person, the same result.

  : Employees were very friendly, the hotel inside felt very safe, and it was not noisy at all even though it is very central. Our room was quite okay in size, beds comfy and big enough, clean and tidy. The bathroom is also big enough (not too small, also shampoo and shower gel smell so nice)!There was one window with the view on the inside of the building, so we kept curtains down. It worked for us because we did not come for the room view...Common rooms are very nice (spacious kitchen with ice machine as well) and coffee there is great (and free of charge)! We did not use the laundry room, but it was also available and working.You can also leave the bags in a secured room if you come too early (or leave later), which is very nice.
  : The location of the hotel is basically on the border of not so pleasant neighborhood. It is not inside of it, and we had no particular bad experience, but when you come for the first time to the city and if you take the wrong turn, it feels kinda scary. But, if you approach the entrance from the upper side of the street, it's not as bad, and when you go just two blocks away (in the right direction), it's perfectly fine and close to all the fun places and public transport.
