  : The room was decent and I appreciated off-street parking as the surrounding neighborhood left a bit to be desired. The staff was friendly, both front desk and maid service. Room was clean and neat. The price was good for San Francisco as locations closer to downtown and tourist sites are considerably more. The location near public transportation was a plus but later hours really requires Uber as the neighborhood is dismaying.
  : The facilities are a bit dated and the room amenities a bit on the cheap side, example the TVs. The shower handle sprayed hot water which was a risk when taking a shower and the bathroom counter space was a bit limited for more than 2 people, even though this was a two bedroom unit which should allow 4. We ended up taking Ubers a fair amount as walking to public transportation involved walking through rougher parts of town. The location is further from many of the SanFran tourist spots so transportation is a must to get to sights.
