: Location. Not near a beach but the harbor was nice.
: The cost of parking is horrendous. The price for the facility is quite expensive but everywhere in that area is pricey.

: The hotel is ok
: I booked a room WITH BREAKFAST included (it was for this reason that I chose this hotel and not other better ones) and the breakfast was a voucher to get a coffee and a sandwich at the hotel's market place. Very bad and frustrating.

: The upgraded room (after the room we were assigned was being maintenance) was lovely. We got a slight view of the pool and could see Petco Park. The staff was helpful, friendly, and prompt. I love how it's located near the stadium, which made attending a concert so easy. The number of restaurants nearby is also fantastic! The pool area was comfortable, but smaller then I thought. I needed to secure lounge chairs so headed down around 11 am. There are only 20 available for first come first serve. The rest are for the cabanas, which were reserved, but I didn't see anyone the whole 5 hours I was down there. I would stay again!
: Wished the pool was bigger and more lounge chairs available for guests. The cost to valet park for guests each day is a bit steep in my opinion, but for me I did for convenience. My daughter ordered a breakfast downstairs at their restaurant and her eggs were not cooked accurately, plus her to-go order came to us cold. I didn't notice until it got to our room and didn't call to let them know.
