  : The location is noisy. Walls appear to be too thin and I could hear construction noise in the neighborhood. Entry was through an inconspicuous door.

  : The apartment was clean, spacious and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable.the chat feature for Sonder was efficient.
  : it was located next to a building site which started making significant noise at 7am.The Sofa Bed was very uncomfortable. The area, although in downtown, was a bit sketchy.The code was wrong for the front door and one day the outside door code changed and we were not notified.

  : The condo/apartment was clean and sufficiently stocked.
  : The stairways were dirty and needed some work. The homeless was terrible in the area. The street noise and construction was terrible. The ac/heater didn't seem to work and we couldn't open the only window in the unit located in the bedroom because of the constant street noise and everytime some would walk by smoking anything you would instantly smell it. The exhaust fan in the restroom was not sufficient to keep up with the show and the fan cover was very dusty. The bathroom sink faucet did not get warm enough, the anti-scauld valve needs to be adjusted. The grout in the shower is stained. The shower head neck is turned too far towards the wall that you cannot center the shower head so you basically need to stand against the cold tile wall to get enough water while showering. The bed is so hard that my hips were hurting when i would get up in the mornings.

  : Good size room, convenient downtown, kitchen and washing machine access a bonus.
  : Doesn’t have sound proof windows so your room has loud traffic noise all the time. It’s also in a neighbourhood full of homeless people, so had to walk though homeless camp to get home. Wouldn’t like walking home at night.
