  : The staff was very friendly and quick to respond. Great location as well. There was a square right across the street with great restaurants.
  : We chose this location for the pool and it was awful. Very scummy and green. Also full of trash and cockroaches. When we reached out to Sonder to request it be cleaned they were very kind and responsive but unfortunately the pool was never cleaned so we were unable to play in it for our trip.

  : Convenient and close to downtown. Kitchen had sufficient cookware. Plenty of room.
  : It was a struggle with a bed that low. Bed and pillows very comfortable.

  : I liked the location and the cleanliness of the apartment.
  : I did not like that we were not informed the pool would be closed during our stay. One of the main reasons we chose the location was to have access to a pool. Had we known ahead of time we would of chosen a different location. There was also issues with the kitchen sink garbage disposal.

  : Place was clean and well maintained. Traveling with an infant and it was nice to see a pack and play provided.
  : The bed was hard and we booked a 4 day stay for 4 adults anyone child and were only give 4 wash cloths for the stay.

  : Great sized rooms. First impression was great. Clean dishes, full kitchen, 2 tablets to run dishwasher, 3 tablets to run clothes washer, big kitchen island, dining table & chairs, best balcony on the building, safe parking, friendly permanent residents, hot water consistently
  : Apartment floors dirty, pool has been unusable for 3+ months, water fountains at pool off for 3+ months, literal dog feces in the hallways for 48+ hours, code to get in building changed day of arrival and neither old or new code worked the entire stay, key fob needed to get into building except the floor the apartment was on leaving it less secure, very uncomfortable couch, mattresses hard - barely softer than just sleeping on a carpeted floor. All of these would have been easily overlooked if I was paying hotel room rates. However I paid more for a better experience and expected to get what I paid for. Property would likely be amazing with a management/staff change.
