  : I requested a non-smoking room. The comforter has cigarette burns. The microwave had cigarette burns. Holes in the walls. Shower rod was ziptied together. I could see through the crack in the room door. The door lock was defective.

  : Customer service was nice. Bed was comfortable and clean.
  : Floors were very dirty and there was a full size fridge that didn't even work and smelled a little.

  : The room was very spacious , but other than that it was a very disappointing stay
  : The fact that I upgraded my room only to be disappointed , once I settled in to my room , I noticed not having towels nor toiletries . Had to go down to the local store to get cleaning supplies and air freshener , The non-smoking room was so non... I was excited to upgrade to the room with the Jacuzzi only to find out , disaster in the making ; once the water got to a certain point water shot out everywhere hitting the ceiling . So having to keep making my way to the office was very upsetting . I didn't even finish my stay I left due to the fact my ac never cooled the room even after being wet , still felt like a fan hitting me
