: The next part of the stay was leaving
: The room was dirty, walls dirty the bedsheets had some kind of substance caked on them. The bathroom was the worst part shower head was at an angle you stand in awkward corner of shower just for SOME of the water to hot you. And seemed like there was a huge hole in the shower and they just smeared some white stuff to cover the huge hole was uncomfortable standing on it. The room smelled awful, even though was a no smoking room the room smelled.

: My room contained bed bugs I had to go to emergency room the bites were huge and very noticable the redness was scary to vision when I went to the office I asked for a refund but was denied than I was offered another room it was late I was tired from working in the heat so I had no choice but to accept the room before doing so I went to the hospital to get checked out and was given antibiotics I returned to the room about 3am woke went to office pleaded my episode the lady who was working was very rude she tried to seem like it was my fault that the room had bed bugs I showed her my hospital visit notes but she didn't care I asked for a refund but than she suggested that I only get 60 dollars instead of 99 dollars in trying to compromise with her I suggested another nite without payment was fair enough but she refused and started to harass me like I wasn't the victim I did get a refund but now I feel that are responsible for my medical costs as well as my pain and suffering. All I wanted was to treated respectfully but I wasn't now they will be seeing my bills
