: Close to the Golden 1 Centre (deal breaker). Excellent pool facility (with gym).
: Pricey for what you get but does set a high standard for this reason. Food was also pricey once auto gratuity & tax added, with an amenity fee as well. This should be an upfront cost on the nightly rate.

: NOTHING!!!!! I purchased the room, called to confirm my late check in, and arrived at 1am to be turned away with horrible treatment. I called 5 hours to my arrival and the Emily told me she would notate the account and there were not issues with occupancy. I was lied to by your establishment with no compensation. I was accompanied by 2 dogs, 3 extra large bags with no car in the middle of the night. All uber pet vehicles could not accommodate me. This is the worst customer service and accommodation I have EVER experienced. I have still yet to hear from your establishment to make good on your failure to serve your customer, apologize, or recognize how you left a woman alone with nowhere to go. With the homeless outside your establishment I couldn't even walk anywhere.
