: The property manager apologized for the house not being ready, after I had to call Vacasa at least three times.
: The house was not ready, not even cleaned from the last people, still had all of their belongings there. We had to wait at a local restaurant until the property manager got it cleaned! There was very little pots and pans, etc. there, and despite pictures showing patio furniture, there was a table and one broken plastic chair on the patio. The outdoor showerhead sprayed water everywhere except where the water was supposed to go. There was two TVs with 5 remotes for one and 2 remotes for the other, but we were unable to get any of them to work, so there was no television! And we had hot water sometimes!

: The location is a 3-minute walk to the beach, with no public access. Loved that the beach wasn't crowded and seeing the stars were awesome from the beach. And yay no mosquitos! The place was clean and with comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen of dishes and pots and pans. It had a bbq pit and floaties in the outdoor shower downstairs. Wished we could've stayed longer! The beach towels were not there, so I contacted the property manager and she had someone bring them over for us!
: The master shower seemed to have no hot water, thankfully it was August and I didn't really need it too much. Some of the dishes were not as clean as they should've been, the cabinets above the stove need a wipe down from cooking grease. There were almost no cleaning supplies even though the containers were there, they were empty. The DISH remote was hard to use but finally, we were able to get it to work to watch a movie on Netflix. Dryer doesn't work well on knit setting and items were still damp after drying 50 minutes. Whites setting on dryer is extremely hot and best only for towels or bedding. These things were minor in my opinion in comparison to time away from the city and work, and being able to relax with my family!
