  : Access to the beach was just a walk.
  : Room was not as pictured. Smelled really bad, was not clean, ac unit was filthy, TV remote would not work on many buttons. Dead animal on path to beach, hot tub was filthy and not able to use, pool was not clean dark green, halls smelled of musty wet dog and cigarette smoke.no dishes in room. Trash on side of couch and under. Oh and there was no smoke detector in our room. Balcony door does not lock and hard to shut closed. The activities outside are falling apart.

  : Upon entering the rental. We were shocked by the uncleanliness of the place. It looked as if no one had cleaned it in a while. The beds were made but there was dirt on the floor and in the cracks of the couch, the walls were fold they, and paint chipping up everywhere. The kitchen provided nothing. We ended up spending our spring break budget on buying supplies that an average rental would provide. We brought our own towels and paper goods, etc. The nightly rate we paid doesn't reflect the quality of what we where rented. Of course it was too cold to use the pool, we understand that. The mini golf had stagnant water at each hole and no clubs or balls to play with. Upon arrival there was no water in the hot tub. We were happy to see it filled by the first evening. Our kids enjoyed it the next day but that was it because no one ever came to clean it and the water was green by the end of the first day. No wi-fi. The agent never responded back to us.

  : We had no hot water, switched room then the next morning no hot water again. Sewer was running by all the family games, also broken and couldn't play. Hot tub and pool was dirty. Horrible time

  : Finally finding someone on site to give me my room key
  : I didn't like that I kept calling and knocking on doors to find someone to check me in so my daughter could use the restroom check-in was from 3, and it was way past check-in. My family and I arrived in Port bolivar around 10 or 11, so when it came time for check-in, you can believe we were ready to get to our room. The games advertised were missing mini golf clubs and balls, and the soccer pool table game was missing all the balls.. the pirate ship splash zone park had holes in the netting, which isn't safe for children! I booked this place for my daughter's 7th birthday she chose it and was really looking forward to it only to be bummed out by the reality of this place... I had no choice of beach view or parking lot view. It reeked of mold smells in the hallways, and the tile in the room itself was caving in... I have also yet to see my security deposit back..oh and not to mention the staff I found on site was clearly on something. There were other paying guests trying to check in as well. I had to direct them to the staffs door. The walkway to the beach had dead buckets of fish and empty monster cans.

  : They canceled my reservation after the check-in time that was quoted on my email was not the proper time and I complained. Did not end up staying here.

  : It was dirty . Rotten meat in the ice box .Nothing in the room towel, cups, plates, toilet paper not even a microwave. The smell of weed in the hall was awful.
