: The room was very nice and all the staff was great.
: The elevators are a joke. People are waiting 45+ mins in lines at the elevators at check in and check out. Half were broke down and the others are very slow. We spent way more time waiting on elevators then anyone should have to. It’s so bad we had to take our last night at the beach to pack and load our vehicle the night before so we didn’t have to stand in lines to check out and load. Because of the elevators alone, we will not be returning to tidewater.

: the accommodation was filthy. The shower curtain and shower walls were covered with mold.the door for the washer dryer utility room was completely off the hinges just laying inside on the wall.The AC vent was black with dirt had never been dusted in quite a while. The elevator situation was ridiculous. 30 floors at least 20 plus rooms to a floor and 4 elevators. wait time over thirty minutes due to the large amounts of luggage carts and shopping carts.breakfast restaurant had no hot tea available but did have iced tea ???? howContacted the management three times trying to resolve the issue with the shower finally after 30hours and being only able to get washed in the sink, their response to us was QUOTE DUE TO THEIR SCHEDULE, TRAFFIC AND ELEVATORS WHEN THE TOWN IS BUSY, THEY DID TAKE A FEW HOURS TO COME T O THE UNIT, BUT THEY DID ADDRESS IT ACCORDING TO THE NOTES I SEE..guess it didnt matter that we could not bathe or that the room was unsanitary to stay in for two nights

: Elevators are terrible! Always down for maintenance. I stood for an elevator for 25 minutes. My father can not use the stairs so we had no choice. Also, they were not going to let me park in the garage, due to my vehicle being a Polaris slingshot... it was not a rental, I own it and drove it here from Kentucky. And lastly, the last time I rented this unit it came with the cabanas on the beach. This time I had to pay for them. Other than those issues, the resort and trip was great!

: Nothing!!! Extremely over crowded. Long elevator wait times, had to drag my stuff up the stairs. Although our room was nice, it was hard to enjoy it because we couldn’t get to the beach without taking the stairs, the pool was over crowded.
