  : The unit was perfect for my young family. We had all the comforts of home, yet could walk right to the beach, shopping, pools etc. It's perfect for a young family who knows how often little children can bounce from one activity to the next. It's not as though we were forced to camp out on the beach all day, when everyone got tired we could bring them upstairs and let them play while the wife and I sat on the balcony and watched the ocean.
  : The only extremely minor complaint. We drove and ended up getting to the unit after check-in hours. We needed to find out unit on our own that was on floor 8. Now being tired parents the way the elevator is labeled, we immediately went to floor 8 not thinking that the parking levels were considered floors. Obviously this was quickly figured out and a minor mistake, but for us at midnight with crying kids and luggage spilling off the carriage it was the only minor inconvenience.

  : Everything was nice and clean. Super spacious. Great GREAT VIEW in Balcony. Best Location. We loved the private beach spot.
  : The top bunk bed is literally below the AC air filter, so that bed was wet, and super cold. No way any of the kids wanted to sleep there. My son decided he was better sleeping out in the balcony.

  : Location to beach, great views, washer and dryer included in unit.
  : Upon arrival, we were told by the security staff in the lobby we should have a door code to enter our unit, which we did receive. We were told we were supposed to be given property wristbands and parking passes in the condo, they were not there. Within the first 10 minutes, the front of a kitchen drawer fell off and injured my husband’s foot. When we went to turn on a lamp in the bedroom, the lightbulb was cracked and not working.

  : Trouble checking in no instructions and gate code required a # sign which was not included in the instructions, hair dryer didn't work, the drain in the bath tub was slow
