  : The beach
  : When we arrived, there was a very big construction going on which was not mentioned on booking.com or in the emails we received from Book that Condo!! Not only the road but the whole building! Later we heard they started a millions renovation on the building. The sound of the construction is so loud, its horrible to be outside. Because of that we could not sit at the swimming pool. You also hear it on the beach, on your balcony and is 6 day's a week from 7 a.m. till 5 pm. You can't park your car beneath the cando's due to the construction. Only 50% of the parking places is available. When we arrived we had to wait for one hour to park. We stayed in room 705-W. The condo had it's best time. Floor and walls full of stains. The curtain came down during ouw stay and the the toilet overflowed. The sliding door of the bedroom to the balcony was broken and could not be opened. The sliding door in the living room can only be opened bij a strong person. We tried to contact several times by email because our telephone did not work (Netherlands). They apologized one time and the manager would come by, but never came. We emailed alle the pictures and not any reaction. The deposit was not reserved on my credit card but debitted also... and until now not returned....

  : I loved that it was on the beach and not a huge place where you wait forever for the elevator. The beach was peaceful and not too crowded. The place had a cute color scheme and cute decor. It was a quiet place to get away with your family. I'm glad the parking wasn't across the street.
  : For $175 cleaning fee I feel the place should have definitely been cleaner. The baseboards were filthy, dust was on the walls in the front bedroom and on the balcony and ceiling fans. The appliances were old and worn out and could use an update. The added bedroom could use more airflow. If the place wasn't going to be very clean, we should have been allowed to check in on time or early. The sliding glass door on the balcony needs to be easier to open.
