: all was good; price is steep but not for the area. No only motel has the kind of hot springs you get here.

: The location was beautiful, best spot and view in Ouray! The whole hot springs & pool area was beautiful. We would absolutely return for the location and the view from the hot springs!
: The rooms are pretty basic and there were stains on some of the towels and bedding. I wouldn't stay in the river walk building again until it's renovated but would stay in the main building. Overall, we'd return in a heartbeat for the hot springs facilities, view and kind staff.

: The location next to the river was nice. The room I had was in a quiet spot, the place is off the Main Street so is pretty quite.

: The location, the pools, and the breakfast.
: The registration kiosk did not work for me. I was required to go to the front desk where they found only one of two rooms we requested. They found the second room in the reservation notes. When we went to breakfast the next morning they could not find the second room so they put all 7 of us under one room. We got the bill and we were charged for three people. We were in rooms G12 and G14 on 28 July for one night. Room G12 had one adult and two children who were both over the age of 12. Room G14 had two adults and two children both under the age of 12. For both rooms breakfast should have been included without charge, yet we had to pay for 3 people. The only way I could contact the hotel was through a message service. I could not speak to s living person at the hotel. Customer service in this regard is very poor. I have left a message and to be contacted to get this resolved. We stayed a second night on Tuesday and encountered the same problems with the check in kiosk and the same room problems when we went to breakfast. I fully expect to be charged for three extra people because they could not find our second room reservation. I hope this gets corrected. (M Johnson at 385-310-6973)
