  : Thay had a pool area but when we asked they said it would cost 35.00 per person per day for a day pass thay also kept our 100 dollar deposit when we cleaned the room and did the dishes

  : Location great/refrigerator, dish washer, & microwave worked. Check in was smooth, staff friendly. Quick response to dish network down & repair. Great views
  : Very little hot water, tankless heater very loud & leaks onto carpet in bedroom getting our suitcase/clothes wet. Closet full of supplies so very little room for tenants. Kitchen faucet leaks all over small counter space. Not all stove burnners worked.Bench for table unstable & unusable. Spiral staircase to a loft, (NOT a 3rd bedroom as presented)very tight & difficult to bring up a suitcase.

  : I loved the size of the condo. The location was walking distance to town and to hiking trails. I loved that I could do laundry while staying there. Great views of the mountains from our deck. Since there is no a/c in the bedrooms, we had to keep the windows open. I was afraid that the noise would keep me awake, but we were next to flowing water. The sound was like white noise and actually helped me sleep better. It gets cool at night, so not having A/c in the bedroom was not a problem!
  : I wished that we had access to the pool, but you have to pay extra for that. Also, the walls are so thin. There were kids staying above us and they were running around and it sounded like a herd of elephants. If you need peace and quiet, request the top floor!

  : It was clean and within walking distance to downtown Ouray
  : I’m being picky here but the closet doors wouldn’t open because they were off their tracts. We couldn’t get them back on. The hit water in the shower only ran for five minutes and turned icy cold. The valence in the blinds over the kitchen window was hanging down. The hook in the back of the bathroom door was broken off and there were several dark stains on the carpet
