  : As soon as I arrived to check in, there was a boy and a girl at the reception. I said that I didn't speak English and that I needed someone who spoke Spanish or Portuguese. The boy at the reception was very polite and called the girl. I don't know her name, but she was extremely mocking. She didn't want to bother to help us. I didn't like the service! The sink in the bathroom in the room was completely clogged. We couldn't use it properly. The rest of the stay was very good! I think the hotel needs to hire happy employees. If she doesn't want to be there, then she should give other people with more empathy and education the opportunity to work, because there is direct contact with the public and customer care is needed.
