: We only liked the hot tub and where it was located and the space. it was not clean it needs more dishes. There is no dishwasher, safe cups, bowls, or plates, and I had to buy some cups to go along with the coffee.. and the grill caught on fire.

  : Location
: The advertising did not inform us of 4 flights of stairs, which for 2 86+ seniors was not suitable. Sorry.

Very Good
Traveller Type:
: View, quiet, close to beach, hear the ocean, clean, and spacious. Loved hot tub and you had a wonderful stock of towels!
: You advertised a landline..there was none. If you have 4 to 5G, you do have cell service.Your wine bottle opener was broken. We left you a new one.Not enough leftover/storage for foods. No foil/Seran wrap or baggies. Advertise to bring our own.The light in upstairs bathroom didn't work ( mainly switch)It would help to have a washer/dryer..even stackables. The beds are not comfortable at all. However, if you are walking/hiking all day..sleeping on the floor would work..from being so tired! :). They were ok, but not very comfortable. We never could find lockbox or a key.We just locked and used code to get in everyday. The hot tub and downstairs tub has a grimy ring of something oily and brown. Not major, just minor inconveniences.

: The view of the ocean
: Many things, but it needs to be taken up with the rental company or the home owner, doesn't need to be in a review

Disappointing
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
: It was a quiet locationWiFi worked wellNice view
: Note: with a little effort this place would be great. Not very clean: used towels still hanging around, and some areas were not cleaned well or had not been cleaned in weeks or months, the hot tub wasn't clean and dishes needed to be rewashed.Amenities were old and lacking; ancient appliances, chipped plates, broken or torn items, lack of silverware, cups/glasses.Looks nice but had general wear that should be addressed. General disrepair such as: Old beds, broken deck railing, strange headboard (spider haven), torn screens, the upper deck chairs are rusty and probably not safe to sit on, and some of the outlets are bad.

: Plenty of room for 2 people.
: We could have been given the lockbox code prior to arrivng at the destination and discovering that the PIN code was not the lockbox code. Then we had to leave to get phone service to call Vacasa. The hot tub was cold at 74 degrees and no mention that we had to flip the breaker to get it started and then it was too cold to use until the following day. Too many stairs that were not in the property description. The view was of the homes that actually had a view.

: The view was nice. It was nice to have a hot tub to relax in. It was a quiet location.
: The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The vacuum cleaner didn't work and neither did the hot tub vacuum. There was no house phone either.

Pleasant
Traveller Type:
: plenty of amenities available for use; quiet neighborhood; nice peek-a-boo view of the ocean; clean; nice bathrooms and shower facilities
: a little more accurate description of entry - you climb 3 flights of stairs to reach the lower level of the home which has 2 beds and full bathroom. Up another full flight of stairs to kitchen/living room. Stairs to kitchen are steep and you must either wear shoes or barefoot for safety - needs additional rail on both sides of stairs. needs some of the switches labeled (i.e. exhaust fan, lights); poor instructions for operation of tv/cable; bed very uncomfortable and next to some sort of very loud generator

: We had asked for an early check in and Vacasa said they would check with the hits. However, the hosts were not even notified we were coming and were surprised to have guests. They were very accommodating and did let us check in early.
: Great hosts, very friendly and helpful.
