Disappointing

: The house has a great layout perfect for families or couples. The view and location cannot be beat! The deck is awesome and having restaurants and beach access were perfect.
: Unfortunately when we arrived we pulled our car into the garage when we got in there we realized there was tons of rodent poop everywhere in there. The house was definitely cleaned but some of the dirt and damage was beyond the responsibility of the cleaning person. There were TONS of bugs. Spiders, tons of ants, silverfish and beetles were all seen inside the house daily. The showers were either filled with tile mold and soiled shower curtains or filled with stagnant water after every shower that had to be pushed into the drain. There was a broken window we struggled to fix and get closed. The furniture and carpet was stained and didnt seem clean. The pillows smelled musty and when we stripped our bedding saw how yellowed and stained the pillows were. And the walls had lots of stains either from previously killed bugs or just wear and tear. overall this house was listed with pictures taken a while ago. The owner definitely needs to do some routine updating.
