: The employee who checked us in was wonderful. Very kind.
: We were told there was a pull out couch in the room for our third guest. When we got to the room, this was not the case. It was simply just a long couch to sleep on. We asked several times for an extra blanket for it and never received one "because one couldn't be found." Our third guest was not comfortable. The pillows are also horrible. Also, with construction going on, the hotel was extremely inconvenient to get to. Overall, I would say it was a disappointing experience, especially being a Marriott.

: Amazing service-oriented staff behind the desk.
: Extremely noisy hvac system which disrupted our resting time and comfort. Zone valves would open & close with a very loud “whooshing” noise. No breakfast was included, neither is parking.
