  : The room was fairly clean.
  : The TV didn't work, they came to fix the TV and unplugged the refrigerator with our food in it we didn't know it until the next day, the TV still didn't work. No radio or alarm clock. There's no pool at all, as advertised on booking.com which is one reason we booked a room. They came and cleaned the room, took our towels and washcloths and didn't leave new ones. The shuttle bus they said they had when I called before the booking was not running that day. The free breakfast consisted of dry cereal oatmeal and toast. The coffee machine and juice machine were broken. The ceiling was leaking above the door in the room. It was loud all hours of the night ,even someone was sitting out front honking their horn excessively, which was not a car alarm. No toilet paper holder it was set on the edge of the tub. We left, came back and our card to the room had to be reprogrammed . This is one the worst places I've ever stayed at ,I would not recommend it to anyone.

  : The location was good for our trip.
  : They wanted to charge $20 extra for early check in, only one hour prior to check in. The fitted sheet fell off all throughout the night and there was only plastic underneath it. The sink kept getting stopped up. And the toilet seat was loose. There was a terrible stain of some sort in the bathtub, therefore we did not shower or bathe there.

  : The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and pleasant.
  : The floor under the carpet felt broken and there was little to no padding. The breakfast was very limited. Only white toast or cereal most days except Sunday when bagels were served. The pool was in disrepair and unusable.

  : -Asked for extra pillows twice but never got any. King size bed, 3 SMALL pillows. Went to Walmart to buy 2 pillows and covers. -No card for the door for room service.-Asked for extra facecloths, never got any.-Hotel site said hair dryers in every room, none in ours.- No small amenities like shampoo, cream, extra soap, ect.For the price we paid, you figure it would have at least an extra roll of toilet paper seeing we only had a half roll to begin with

  : room service didn’t come to our room at all. there was a guest banging on our door in the middle of the night and early morning. the mini fridge was broken and the pool wasn’t in service.

  : Great location, close to the Gaylord Opryland convention center.
  : Bed needs a new mattress. The one I had was falling apart and not very comfortable. The mattress protection sheet was a sheet of plastic. I was on the ground floor and there were bikers driving in and out of the parking lot until 1:30am. Not very condusive to sleep.
