: Beach was nearby (could be walked to) but hotel provided transportation. Free upgrade provided and breakfast unexpectedly included. Ample provision for storage in room and excellent bathroom facilities.
: Patio doors to balcony were stiff and difficult to operate. Poor service around pool area. Could hear bath being run in adjacent room which is no fun at 6.15.

: The beach and clam pass were very nice. The balcony with the room was very nice.
: Menu for the lobby food service was wrong. All the food choices no longer existed there. Elevators open every time up and down to floor 7, no persons ever there for its use. Concierge staff were very rude, gave me anxiety just to walk by them. Bikes only allowed for 3 hours, a bike ride to 5th would take much longer for meals and shopping, so we could only go very short ride and not go to stroll on 5th. No direct elevator from parking garage to guest rooms, have to pass through bar to get outside elevator up and transfer to inside elevator. Bellman would not give us luggage trolley. This hotel is a conference venue, therefore expect visitors of the convention to be everywhere all the time. For outer beach hotel staff to return from beach work they took up seats on golf carts making us wait much longer. A draft beer in plastic cup was $10 at the pool. There was no garbage can for our floor. We had to overfill a tiny garbage can adjacent to the elevator. Self parking was $20 a day. Frayed chair in guest room (wicker) was unusable, the broken wicker tears your clothes. I sat on my cooler when in the room.
