: The whole trip was horrible. I didn't like anything.
: We got locked in our room due to a faulty motor in the key card reader, told the front desk before the incident occured and nothing was done, UNTIL we had to get pryed out by maintenance Had there been a fire we all would of been trappped. STILL haven't heard back from the manager from Saturday, its Wednesday now. No apologies of any kind. Guest services lied as well regarding the "model" room. They try to sell you a timeshare at the end too. The "complimentary" beverages didn't exsist. Vending machine didn't work and the ice machine had duck tape holding it together.The place is very outdated. Never will stay here again or recommend this place to anyone. What an awful experience. I may need to dispute this with my bank.

: They allow parties at the pool, where people drinking and eating inside the pool. No checking on people coming from outside, pool was over crowded and not clean at all

: The grounds are very well maintained
: The rooms were not cleaned properly, found crumbs of food on the bed when we arrived, and the shower in unit A had mold in the corners. And please hire some staff that speak English also.

: I really like the area, the facilities in general.
: I have stayed at this resort many times but this time it felt very run down and the mattress was in poor condition it moved like a water bed and felt like wires, the bathroom smelled like urine and the floor felt dirty.

: Location, amenities, easy access to building/facilities
: I didn’t like that there’s no control on how many people guests are able to invite. During the weekend people that were not staying at the hotel came in big groups to visit their friends and played very loud music in the pool and they were eating inside the pool using glass cups, no one was controlling the situation.
