  : The front desk people were super nice and understanding. Just couldn’t make accommodations without a manager there.
  : I had two rooms rented and 207 the air was froze tight so for 2 nights in a row I had to pay full price for no ac. And after working14 hours all day you don’t want to come back to a hot smoggy room and there wasn’t another room to switche them too.

  : Not enough parking. construction materials stored all over the place,l and was not roped off. Caution tape was tied to indoor lamp stands out in the parking lot. Mattresses were stacked from floor to ceiling in lobby and dining hall. Floor tiles were peeled up off the floor leaving a trip hazard. No water in the water cooler. Staff at desk said that is where to get water. Breakfast did not have water to provide. They directed me to the empty water cooler. Evening staff was pleasant and provided extra towels. Morning staff did not care that there was no water to drink.

  : Did not like anything. Place was a wreck.
  : Hotel was being renovated. Construction everywhere. Mattresses stacked in hall. Carpet in hallway filthy. Bathtub would not drain and front desk said no maintenance at night. Could not address it until the morning. We were only stay one night. Totally unacceptable.

  : The staff at front desk were friendly and welcoming and helpful.She helped bring a roller bed/fold up bed for our daughter who had to stay first night but then transitioned to SFA campus the next morning.The food for continental breakfast was good and the wide variety was a nice idea as it gave guests options.
  : Upon entering building there were materials stacked up that seemed hazard. The furniture/beds piled everywhere in lobby upon entering and in dining area where you eat. It was overwhelming. The room we were in had a wetcarpet smell upon entering but wasnt wet to the touch. The icebox didn't work it wasn't cool/cold at all.We were told it was last room couldnt upgrade. The room we stayed in had an obvious waterleak damage on the ceiling that was patched up and seemed to be peeling. Glad They are in the transition of upgrading to a Hilton but maybe should have found/figure out a better and more safer way to storage transition materials for upgrading.

  : Hmmmmmm. Main reason was relaxing and I wasn't able to get sleep...
  : Not getting any sleep two nights out of three because there were occupants in the surrounding rooms that were loud and yelling. I reported this and asked for the manager and they said the manager would be in at 11 AM. So I made sure I came down at that time and they still told me that manager wasn't there. I checked everyday of my stay to speak with the manager and mysteriously we never were able to cross paths. I asked for a discount for my stay and again they directed me o the manager who was not ever there. Time I lost and money that could have been spent in a facility that values their customers. I wish I would have caught the roach that ran across the bathroom vanity on video. I did get the roach that was trying to enter my room on video. If you wish to see that video, Id be glad to send it.
