: Breakfast was good with a good variety of food. The 2 Queen beds and sofa bed arrangement was perfect for our needs. The young lady who checked us in at 7pm on Tuesday and the ladies who helped us during the day (Amanda and Caitlin) were exceptionally helpful and made us feel very special! Great customer service means a lot to this senior citizen!
: As it turned out we had to stay another night and I would have preferred to have the room cleaned and beds made for the extended stay, but I didn't know if I had to request it or not.

: My room (223) was nice, clean and had plenty of towels & etc. Having a refrigerator & microwave in the room was nice. Our room was quite roomy, which is convenient when 2 ladies are trying to get ready & dressed up at the same time in the same space. The bathroom lighting was awesome and great for putting on make-up and doing hair. The coffee available downstairs in the foyer the next morning was nice. The front desk attendant when we checked out was nice and professional. I did not partake of the breakfast because of time restrictions due to being @ a funeral (reason for the stay in your hotel) at 9am that morning. I did have communication with a few of the cleaning personnel and they were quite nice.
: When I checked in, it was @ 8pm in the evening due to traffic making us run behind getting into Nacogdoches. There was no front desk person there at the front desk to greet us, I had to ring the bell for service and once the individual (male, early to mid 20's, no uniform, no attire with hotel insignia and was dressed like a bum with messy long-ish hair) did come out a few minutes later. Unfortunately, your companies' 1st point of contact is your front desk attendant, and he/she should provide customers checking in with a smile & have a professional manner to them. The door to my room would not lock from the inside (the lever would not turn), so I propped some of the furniture from the room up against the door just to have a bit of peace of mind since it was my mom and I and not my husband and me.

: What a nice day for the money.
: The staff that was on duty at the Desk, started that he didn’t have any pillows for the hide a bed in the couch.Next morning, I asked the staff that was on duty at that time and they stated that they had plenty of pillows they could’ve gave us. They apologize for his actions.
