  : The room was oceanfront view, so that was nice. Wifi seemed to work pretty good.
  : There was a lot wrong with the cleanliness of the room. Paint chipping in the bathtub, mold on the shower curtain, a part of the ceiling was peeling, even spotted a live bug in the bathroom. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and definitely needs replacing. We weren’t provided with extra towels, toilet paper, or other toiletries. The stovetop didn’t heat up very well. Also, the dining table chairs had questionable stains. Overall, many things need updating and/or replacing.

  : The location.
  : That I booked for sand dunes but got put in ocean dunes. Didn’t have anyone to talk to about it. Booked through booking so didn’t have an option to check if I needed linen or not. Didn’t have access to the water park.

  : I had a private property I didn’t have enough towels nor sheets or blankets And when I went to front desk they didn’t help me nor direct me to the right people the front desk was very rude

  : Apparently different companies own certain units in the resort. Not all of the companies allow you to use the free water park. Be sure to check ahead of time.
  : Nice property. Convenient store and restaurant located in the resort.

  : The location to the beach was nice.
  : There wasn't enough parking to support the number of people staying on the property. Customer service staff were useless. When I called for assistance, no one could help; they kept saying that someone would call to answer my question but I never received a return call. The bathroom has mildew on the walls and shower curtain.
