  : Was not aware that there was 2 buildings. Curtain rod hanging from the ceiling. Bra in nightstand. Sink and freezer dirty. Bed has toppers on them. Front desk guy was rude. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Tub drain was slow . Hair on patio broken . Looked nothing like to photos on line .

  : I loved the food and bar area...
  : The only reason i booked with this hotel was because of the water park however it was not available to us because we did not book directly through the property . I spent about 3 hrs on the phone trying to get clarification on why this was not mentioned through Booking.com and was finally told by rep they are going to put in a concern with the hotel and get back to me. We spent our time in the small pool in the back of the hotel. This hotel should not be open to the public if it has such restrictions on the amenities. I could have paid much less per night at another hotel with better access to the amenities.
