Oceanfront Condo with Beach Access-Walk to Boardwalk

  : Parking was 2 streets over from unit. Property is dated & in need of upgrades. Trash chute code was unavailable to guests so bags of trash were piled up in hallway. On location Property staff EXTREMELY RUDE & because this unit is as I was told, "NOT ON THEIR LIST OF UNITS THEY MANAGE" they will not assist you. Office is only open 9-5 so if arriving outside of those hours you can not ask any questions at front desk. Note was put on my car written in a highlighter pen to move it or it would be towed & it was parked in a spot allowed for unloading bags & was not going to be left there. Parking lot where I had to park my brand new car had broken glass in it where a window had obviously been busted out of another vehicle at some point. The minute we arrived & pulled up the maintenance guy took off running to attempt to get his moped back that had just been stolen from the front of the building. The Property elevators & even outside on the balcony smelled of marjauna the entire weekend. To enter the unit there was no key you had to punch in a 10 digit code which was a pain in the butt because who can remember that??? We had to write it on a bandaid & put it on our cell phones to make it easy to get in & out. The pool/lazy river was nice & clean & there were plenty of chairs. Our contact for the weekend for assistance was very responsive each time I contacted her & unit had been cleaned prior to our arrival and was fine. Toilet kept running & overflowed once for no reason but not a big deal reported it to our contact person who said she would let owner know. The issues we had were mostly due to the building & EXTREMELY RUDE ON SITE STAFF THAT COULD CARE LESS ABOUT GUESTS. Owner of property was notified of this so in their defense up until that point it really wasn't the owners fault our stay was not very good.

  : It was supposed to be smoke free but the neighbors smoked all day long making our room have a horrible smoke smell.

  : The living room sofa need to be cleaned also the dining room table is so old it does not look like it fits with the apartment
