  : Facility was very hot and stuffy, greasy hand prints on everything, floors were always wet, gritty, and sandy. Towels never were replaced, 0 room service. Location is the only thing good about this hotel.

  : The cleaning staff were very kind and assistant. The front desk staff, unfortunately I did not get the same experience with. I found them to be slow and somewhat rude to not only myself but other guests as well.

  : The location is perfect which is the only good thing I can say about this hotel. That and the young lady that checked us in was awesome.
  : This hotel is very outdated. The furniture was stained. The refrigerator was disgusting. Murphy bed was not usable and was full of dust, as if it had not been used or cleaned in years. The bedding was stained. I informed the staff of the condition of the Murphy bed and was told that there was nothing that they can do about that and was given a sheet and a blanket to use the couch instead. The rooms are not serviced daily even upon request. They only clean on the third or fourth day of your stay, which is unacceptable for a beach front hotel where sand will always be involved. We even had to take out our own trash. When I addressed my concerns with the front desk, staff the evening of check-in, and the date of check out, it was an oh well type of attitude that I received in return.
