  : Location is fine. If they switch off light it could be good for stargazing
  : I have to give 1/10 Leakage of gas could kill me. I understand that can happen, especially if you have old (and cheap) equipment. On the other hand, having gas heating and gas cooker/stove in the room without proper ventilation can be super dangerous in any case. Once I started to suffocate and begin to be very dizzy, I somehow got out of the cabin to the main building. The guy told me that I am sensitive while I was almost poisoned (not a good way to communicate the deadly malfunction of your facility), later we closed the main valve and I returned back to the cabin after dozens of minutes of ventilation. Sure, it can be understood that it was also my mistake to return back (or to not check the possible leakage before), on the other hand, I was dizzy, and they were those who were responsible for the facility. The next morning, I was still dizzy, as there was still a major amount of gas in the air during the night To sum it up, this place is dangerous. Gas can be cheap, but you need to know how to deal with that the safe way.
