  : Management company does the bare minimum. There were empty beer bottles outside in the yard. Inside, there were light bulbs that were out, the master shower head is broken, the place needs maintenance!

  : Great location and quiet area by the Nordic center and close to the playground. King bed was comfortable and master bedroom very spacious. Big office space and good wifi. Kitchen was updated and very nice views.
  : Rodent problem and very dirty! Found rodent feces in cutlery drawer as well as hair. Downstairs bath was not clean with a dirty tub and hair all over the floor. Living room furniture had a hole in the sofa and was soiled. A lounge chair had a spring sticking out. Twin beds were not comfortable and need to be replaced. Vacasa said they would send cleaners but never did. I had to clean the bathroom and kitchen drawers. They refunded half the cleaning fee but I feel they should have refunded all. We also found a dead mouse in the garage by the freezer. Disappointed that a nice house wasn’t furnished better and cleaned well especially with Covid promise!

  : When we arrived, we thought we would have the most wonderful experience but no, there is no maintenance in the house, it was dirty, everything is old, rusted, nothing is replaced. Pictures on the presentation were from the beginning I guess… the back terrace, the only one that takes the sun is unusable, dangerously holed with rusty, broken chairs, a rusty and broken table. the cooking tools were in a disgraceful state, dirty and so old that their place is rather in the trash. the linen (towel and table) is in a state of disrepair, stained and torn. the appliances are dirty rusty and hardly work with strong smells. just look at the photos to see the condition of the rental. it is shameful to offer this place to rent. need more space to share the pictures, toaster disgusting, stove so so dirty, tile broken in master bathroom, lot of stains on carpet, towels very dirty, shower head leaking in master and guest bathrooms. no seat on outside chair, very very dangerous back terrace instable full of holes. really really disappointed!!!!!!!

  : Cleanliness of house upon arrival was bad. Below is a portion of what I sent to booking.comGreetings, Upon arrival after 4pm there are a number of concerns as to the cleanliness of our house. The dishwasher had dirty dishes as it had not been cleaned. There is egg dried on silverware and griddle. There is a bench by the back entry that had crumbs all over it. The interior wall by the back door had something black splattered on it which we were able to clean with a paper towel and water. The trash can lid in the kitchen had not been cleaned. There are large black ants in the kitchen and one was feeding on something on the dinning room table. You can write your name in the dust that is on the TV screen and the surrounding area is dusty as well. We swept the sand and dirt in the kitchen. There was a used Q tip on the floor in the twin bed room. The master bathroom has pennies on the floor as well rodent droppings.The living room had not been vacuumed as it had debris all over it. While we will/have cleaned these items, this initial experience does not give us much confidence in other areas specifically bedding. Having a washing machine and vacuum is nice but we are on our vacation and should not have to clean a house upon arriving not to mention the cleaning fee charged. We asked to check in early today however were denied stating it was being cleaned for our arrival.There is a sign guests to remove our shoes. There are stains all over the carpet throughout the entire house. The upstairs master bathroom sink tile is busted with one side completely broken off in front of sink and the other sink tile cracked. The blind in the window where the queen bed is has one side busted that will not open. The sliding closet door in the twin bedroom is on the tracks but will not close. We point these out so we are not perceived as the ones who caused this.
