Sonder — Lake Suites

Fair
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
  : Large space
: Heating system was so load you thought you were next to airport runway none stop

Very Good
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
: Felt very secure with key codes, coffee machine makes excellent hot chocolate, space was clean and well designed.
: No smoking even when outdoors, pool was advertised but there is only a hot tub (gave my partner hot tub rash), pool table was out and set up but pool cues were gone for every single day of our stay except for one.

Poor
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : Clean
: Dont trust this group. When I first booked they sent a link to register which required a credit card and Tons of other info. A few weeks later the card was used to book another stay on their site for $1350, so I had to dispute with card and cancel it. When trying to get check in information over the phone they made me give them TWO more cards and made me jump through a trillion hoops. The entire call took 1 hour and twenty minutes!!! Felt like had no other options as we were at the property. Company seems shady and I will NEVER book with them again. Was clean, but bed was hard as a rock and the pull out sofa had only a bottom sheet and a super thin hospital style blanket. Asked for more bedding when sent a do you need anything? Text message and it was ignored.

Disappointing
Traveller Type: Business Traveler
: I did not like the place where it was. And I had to call them 4 times to get into the building.
: They could have given me the right codes.
