  : The fact that I deliberately got overcharged through booking.com partner. Instead of booking a deposit on the credit card they took out money and so far I have not gotten any of it back. Despite! My complaints via booking. Com which has not answered the complaint. I guess fraud is common and supposed to be accepted by the guest?

  : Luxury apartment at excellent location with good size.
  : We had several maintenance problem and staff never did anything about them regardless of being asked over and over again. Very cheap and poor in quantity and quality of toiletries, kitchenware, etc. Jacuzzi didn’t turn on, there was no plunger and toiled clogged in first day, there was only one elevator access tag, but we’re in two and I made reservation for 2.

  : I loved the actually room and cleaniness.
  : When I booked the room I was told that my charge would be paid in person; however they charged my card regardless. Upon arrival, my room was not ready and they booked me with another room that I had to pay for out of my pocket. This room was not accommodating or code to what I reserved. It had 1 bed and no other sleeping options. I was traveling with a nurse due to me having surgery, we had to share a bed! Instead of deducting what I paid for the room mishap, they tried to make me pay the new room plus the room that I originally booked. The room I booked had sleeping options for 4! I disputed and refused to pay and only paid the difference. I had to end the trip 5 days early due to severe weather and flight cancelations. They did not refund any monies nor did they present a refund policy. I will never book through them again.

  : I have to pay 35$ per day to park my car and it’s not as listed in Booking.com 15$ .I can’t use the facilities, because the owner didn’t register my name in the system. I can’t use the cart

  : I didn’t like the owner’s way to treat the people. This person doesn’t have any education. I will leave a screenshot of how he treated me. Besides treating me horrible he still try to take more money of my account when what he was only suppose to take the security deposit, beside he stole money from my account 1,200 Supposedly because of cancellation fee, when my cancellation reasons was because the way he treated me. My first terrible experience in many time that I have traveled

  : I liked the pool. Even though they closed it on Sunday due to something unforeseen, not sure what but there were police and detectives involved. Also, they charge you Valet every time you take out the vehicle. The first hour is $20.
  : The couch they gave me to sleep on claiming it was a twin bed. In total my guests were missing TWO twins beds total.

  : The pictures of the inside do not show the dirt and broken down furniture inside the apartment. The guy was late getting there to let us in we sat there for almost 3 hours then once he finally arrived they demanded a 500 cash deposit which wasn’t stated on booking it has since been updated , it took 3 days to get my money back the only positive Is the view , no parking comes with the apartment which is also trash
