  : Location, amenities, privacy, and eventual quick response of the host only once the booking was finalise.
  : I didn't get to check in on Saturday as planned & didn't get the suite shown in the picture, but was compensated with one extra night at discounted price. Valet parking was very expensive because they didn't offer nightly parking

  : The owner gives you the rate in dollars and then charges you in Euros. He misleads you. Booking should do something about it , because I'm not the first one with this issue

  : I normally never write a review BUT I feel this is much needed so I can help other people not make the same mistake. So to start the trip off, we were placed in a condo we did not book. YES, that is correct Booking placed us in a completely different room and did not do one thing to make this right. No discount, room credit, comped alcohol, later check out NOTHING. The staff was very rude and herded us in like we were cattle. They were very unfriendly and extremely unhelpful. The views were still beautiful but this doesn’t compare to the room I originally booked. Who flys across the country and come to find out they give you a completely different room that is no where close to what you paid for. They still made me put a deposit down even after we had such a horrible experience and took a picture of my credit card... very sketchy. This guy is scamming people, do not book through this company!

  : The host. This is literally when they say to you "This is not what it looks like". They charged me half with one card for reservation, which is normal. Then, I wasn't able to pay because they needed the same card of the reservation (which I didn't have phisically because it was my office's card). They took pictures of my card and my office's card for proof. They charged me in Euros the second half with a big change rate commission, which I shouldn't have paid. Finally but not less important, they charged me a $300 security deposit in cash, so I wasn't able to spend that money in my stay, but have it with me on my way back to Chile. Awful service. It felt like they treated me as a thief.

  : -bad customer service-accusing me of smoking Marijuana while it was pipe tobacco that i smoked outside in the balcony - very rude people - long check in process
